Your Journey at a Glance:
Day 1: Arrival in Athens Arrive in Athens and meet your private transfer to your hotel. The evening is free to relax, explore Plaka, enjoy a Greek dinner or take a gentle first walk through the historic centre.
Day 2: Athens City Tour Explore Athens with a guided highlights experience featuring the Acropolis area, Parthenon views, historic landmarks and the atmosphere of Greece’s ancient capital. The afternoon can be kept free for the Acropolis Museum, cafés, shopping or a relaxed dinner.
Day 3: Corinth Canal, Mycenae, Epidaurus & Nafplio Leave Athens and travel into the Peloponnese. Stop at the Corinth Canal before continuing to Mycenae, one of the great centres of ancient Greek civilization. Visit Epidaurus, known for its ancient theatre, then continue to Nafplio for an overnight stay in one of Greece’s most charming towns.
Day 5: Olympia to Delphi After breakfast, travel toward Delphi, passing through scenic countryside and mountain landscapes. Visit Delphi, once considered the spiritual centre of the ancient Greek world, with its Sanctuary of Apollo, archaeological museum and beautiful views over the valley.
Day 6: Delphi to Meteora Continue north toward Meteora, one of Greece’s most remarkable landscapes. Visit selected monasteries built on dramatic rock formations and enjoy scenic viewpoints over the valley. The day combines history, spirituality and some of the most memorable views in mainland Greece.
Day 7: Meteora to Athens & Departure After breakfast, return to Athens by road. Depending on your flight schedule, you may connect to your international departure, add one final Athens overnight, or continue with an island or Turkey extension.
Day 4: Nafplio to Olympia Enjoy the morning atmosphere of Nafplio before continuing through the Peloponnese toward Olympia. Upon arrival, explore the archaeological site connected with the ancient Olympic Games, including the stadium area, Temple of Zeus and surrounding ruins.
